How much does a tasting menu cost at Dojo 2.0?
Our 12-course tasting menu starts at €85 per person. The deluxe menu with premium ingredients is €125. Beverage pairings are available separately.
What makes Dojo 2.0 different from other Japanese restaurants?
Dojo 2.0 is not a traditional Japanese restaurant. We combine neo-Japanese culinary techniques with raw industrial architecture, live kitchen viewing, and three distinct seating styles including counter seating where you watch the chefs work. The space was designed in collaboration with artist Jef Meyer.
What is Kauntaseki seating?
Kauntaseki is our counter seating directly in front of the kitchen. You watch the chefs prepare each course in real time. It is the most immersive seat in the restaurant. We also offer Horigotatsu (recessed floor) and Teburuseki (table) seating.
